Red grape juice concentrate

The production of grape in Iran amounts up to 2.5 million metric tons annually on an area of 2017,000 hectares. On average 11 tons of grapes are harvested for each hectare of land in Iran, mostly due to the arid climate, water shortage and outdated irrigation systems. The biggest producers of grape in descending order are China, Italy, and United States of America. China produces about 14 million metric tons of grapes with a yield of 17 tons in each hectare. Iran and Turkey are among the ten largest producers of grape.

Though, the yield might not be great, but about 110 thousand metric tons of raisin (dried grape) is exported to other countries each year. Some of the grape is also converted to grape juice concentrate and exported to neighboring countries for wine production.

At Lidoma Golden Day we take the issue of safety and quality very seriously and make sure that the fruit juice products chosen for export are of good quality and compliant with the standards and regulations of the importing country, including those of the European Union.
